Frances is the team's receptionist at their headquarters in Windsor's Water Valley. She handles all of the team's office duties, including greeting customers, answering phone calls and emails, handling office mailings and several other daily tasks. Frances lives in Severance with her husband, Benny. They have three children, Russell, Dominik and April.
