Q: I would like to purchase season tickets to the Eagles, how do I do this?
A: Season tickets are sold out.  We have a wait list for season tickets; if you would like more information about the wait list please click here, or contact Ben Peal by phone at (970) 686-SHOT or by email.  

Q: How much do season tickets cost?
A: The average price of season tickets is around $600 per seat. We have different price levels for season tickets ranging from $480 to $768 per seat.  

Q: I have season tickets and would like to move or add seats, how can I do this?
A: When your Season ticket contract is up for renewal, you will be sent a contract renewal form. This will allow you to renew your contract for your seats and also apply to move or add seats to your contract. Applications for seat moves or additions are done by your season ticket priority number, due to our high renewal rate seat moves and additions are very limited. 

Q: How much do individual game tickets cost?
A: Individual game tickets cost $18 plus applicable service charges. The service charges vary by method of purchase; see below to find out more about where tickets can be obtained.

Q: Are individual game tickets available?
A: Individual game tickets are available. They can be purchased over the phone at 1-877-544-TIXX or online at www.comcasttix.com. We also have several outlets where tickets can be purchased in person. For a list of those outlets click here.

Q: I have tickets to a game that I cannot use or the game is sold out, where can I find tickets?
A: People wishing to sell their tickets to an Eagles game or purchase tickets for a game that is sold out can use the Colorado Eagles Ticket Exchange message board. This is the perfect place to buy and sell tickets with other Colorado Eagles fans. click here

Q: I would like to bring a group. How many people are considered to be a group? How much are group tickets?
A: For a group seating we require 15 or more seats to be purchased for a given game. Group ticket prices begin at $15. For more information click here. 

Q: Are there other seating options for groups or entertaining clients?

A: We offer a variety of seating options and experiences from suites, Benchwarmers, Fanboni and others call 970-686-SHOT (7468) for more information on the many options we can arrange.

Q: What is the age requirement for children to have a ticket to the game?
A: Children aged 2 years or older must have a valid ticket for entry into the Budweiser Events Center. Currently, we do not have separate pricing for children.

Q: I have never been to the Budweiser Events Center, how do I get there?

Q: How does the parking work at the Budweiser Events Center?
A: Parking costs for all Eagles home games is $5 per vehicle. 

Q: Are parking passes available for purchase?

A: Parking is controlled by the Budweiser Events Center and Larimer County.  For more information on parking passes please call 970-619-4100

Q: At what time do the doors open for each home game?
A: The doors to the Budweiser Events Center open one hour prior to the start of all home games.

Q: How can I listen to or watch the Eagles games on the radio or via the web?
A: All of the Colorado Eagles home and away games are broadcast on 107.9 The Bear, and can be found online at http://www.1079thebear.com.  Every CHL game is also video broadcast on the internet via CHLTV. 
 

Q: How do I find out more about other events at The Ranch or the Budweiser Events Center?

Q: How can I request a player/mascot appearance or a donation from the Colorado Eagles?
A: All requests for appearances or donations must be accompanied by a request form found on our website click here Our policies for all requests and the donation process are also posted on the community page

Q: What happens if a hockey game is postponed? 
A: Occasionally, games are postponed due to weather conditions or situations affecting the teams, players, other personnel. Refunds will not be issued in the event of a postponement. The ticket will be good for the rescheduled date.
