"Fan Account" from AXS is your new home for all things ticketing. You can now renew your season tickets, transfer tickets to a friend electronically, receive transferred tickets, and make a payment all in one place!

How can I renew my season tickets?

Check out these two easy ways to renew:

1. Use the online platform on the AXS website at myaccount.coloradoeagles.com.
2. Stop by the Guest Services Desk at any home game or the Colorado Eagles Corporate Office during regular business hours.

• Please note:  A order charge will incur for all returned physical renewal forms. Avoid the charge by renewing online!

 

How can I view my online account?

There are two easy ways to view your account details:

• Online at myaccount.coloradoeagles.com
• Request an invoice from a ticket representative.

How can I pay? 

Confirm your payment option online at myaccount.coloradoeagles.com or request a payment options form from the Colorado Eagles Ticket Office. This season you have three options:

• Pay in full.
• Sign up for a 10-month, no interest, payment plan.
• Sign up for a custom payment plan with a ticket representative.

As an Eagles season ticket holder, you have first priority to add/relocate your seats within Blue Arena. Schedule your relocation/seat add appointment by contacting your ticketing representative or follow the steps online during your relocation window (late spring). 

Playoff tickets are included in your package.  Your tickets will be delivered via AXS Mobile ID, round by round, once the format and schedule have been determined. You will receive tickets to every home playoff game and be invoiced 10 days after the season ends for all home games played. Pricing is equal to your season ticket price per game for the duration of playoffs. The more we play, the more you save!
