MOBILE TICKETING – Colorado Eagles tickets are digital for all home games.  Fans are urged to download and open the AXS app before they arrive at the game. DO NOT wait until you get to the arena or the gate as bandwidth will be limited.  For a step by step process on how to manage your mobile tickets visit our website here.

CASHLESS TRANSACTIONS – Blue Arena is cashless for your food and beverage needs! The Blue Bar & Grill, suites, and all concourse food and beverage locations are now cashless, but cash will still be accepted when purchasing beverages from hawkers within the arena.  The ticket office, chuck a puck table, and merchandise areas will continue to accept cash.

PARKING – Blue Arena has partnered with ParkWhiz to make parking easy. Save money by securing your parking spot in advance by visiting their website here. Enter your license plate into the ParkWhiz app and you’re done.  Your license plate becomes your parking pass. Once you arrive at Blue Arena just drive in and find a parking space! Drive, Arrive & Park.

The parking fee for all events at Blue Arena varies depending on the event and is mandatory.  Season Ticket Members will continue to receive free parking. For more information, contact your ticketing representative.
 
CLEAR BAG POLICY – Blue Arena has a clear bag policy in place.  Please review the Blue Arena website for reminders on what bags are permitted in the arena.

Ticketing FAQ

How do I organize a group outing?

The Colorado Eagles offer special group ticket pricing for parties of 15 people or more. For more information on booking your group event please contact the Colorado Eagles ticketing department at (970) 686-7468, tickets@coloradoeagles.com or by visiting the Group Sales page.

Where can I find a seating chart of Blue Arena?

A seating chart for single-game tickets and season tickets can be found on the Seating Charts page.

I couldn't make it to the game, can I exchange my ticket or get a refund?

There are no refunds or exchanges allowed for individual game tickets. 

What should I do if I lose my tickets?

  • Season Ticket Holders - Tickets will only be replaced upon written notification from the current season ticket holder. 
  • Single Game Buyers - Tickets will only be replaced with a valid ID and confirmation number or the credit card used to purchase the tickets. 

Do I need a ticket for my child?

If your child has had their second birthday then they will need a ticket to the game. 

How do I order accessible seating?

Accessible seating is available for all events at Blue Arena. Blue Arena is equipped with elevators as well as special seating areas to accommodate your needs. Accessible parking is available directly in front of the main entrance of Blue Arena. Accessible Seating can be purchased by contacting the Box Office at (970) 619-4112 or (970) 619-4110, 1 (877) 544-8499 or in person at the main box office. Accessible Seating can also be purchased online at the Blue Arena website. It is recommended that accessible seating is purchased in advance so that our staff can best recommend how to serve your needs.

What does it mean if the game is postponed?

If a game has been postponed, it means the AHL League Office, Colorado Eagles, and Blue Arena are still working to determine when the game can be rescheduled; in the meantime, your are still valid and no further action is required. When the Colorado Eagles reschedule the game, we’ll notify you of the new status and explain your options. Also, in some instances, the Colorado Eagles may give you the option to request a refund, or the option to choose between a refund or a credit. If that is the case, we will notify you of those options. Please note that any refund and/or credit policies are determined on a game-by-game basis and may be subject to limitations.  See our TERMS AND CONDITIONS for more information.

What does it mean if the game is canceled?

If a game is canceled, the Colorado Eagles may give you the option to request a refund, or the option to choose between a refund, credit or exchange*. If that is the case, we will notify you of those options. Please note that any refund and/or credit policies are determined on a game-by-game basis and may be subject to limitations.  See our TERMS AND CONDITIONS for more information.

*Special rules apply to certain kinds of tickets (including transfer tickets and tickets you purchased but then resold).

I received a ticket via ticket transfer, can I get a refund or credit?

No. We are only able to refund the person who purchased tickets directly from us. If the tickets were transferred to you, you’ll need to transfer them back to the original purchaser (i.e., the person who purchased the tickets directly from the Colorado Eagles or Blue Arena) in order for them to take advantage of whatever options they are providing for that game.

I transferred a ticket, can I get a refund or credit?

It depends on the status of the game and whether a refund or credit option is an available option.  To be eligible for any available credits or refunds, you must have purchased your tickets directly from the Colorado Eagles or Blue Arena, and the tickets must be transferred back to your online account. Once the tickets have been transferred back to you, please contact the Eagles office to complete your request.

I purchased tickets to a game through a secondary or resale website. What are my options?

If you purchased a ticket from another site, you will need to reach out to your original point of purchase for your refund and/or credit options, if available.

I purchased tickets to a game at the box office. What are my options?

If you purchased tickets to a game that has been canceled at the Blue Arena box office, you will have the ability to choose your refund options in person, 30 days from when the box office reopens. Options may vary for rescheduled games, and you will need to contact the box office where you purchased your tickets for more details

Ticketing - Terms and Conditions

"Pucks and other in-game equipment flying into spectator areas can cause serious injury. Be alert at all times including warm-up and after stoppages of play. If injured, notify usher for directions to medical station. The holder of this ticket assumes all risks and danger of personal injury and all other hazards arising from or related in any way to the event for which this ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during, or after this event, howsoever caused and whether by negligence or otherwise, specifically (but not exclusively) including the danger of being injured by hockey pucks and sticks, other spectators, players or by thrown objects. The holder agrees that Global Spectrum, LP (“the Operator”), Larimer County, Blue Arena, AHL, Inc., AHL Properties, LLC, Larimer County Sports, LLC dba Colorado Eagles and all AHL clubs, and their respective parents, affiliates, contractors, officers, players, employees and agents (“the Released Parties”), are expressly released by the holder from claims arising from any cause. This ticket is a revocable license. The resale or attempted resale at a price higher than that appearing hereon is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. The holder agrees not to engage in photography or reproduction in any form of the event for which the ticket is issued, unless specifically permitted by the express written consent of the Operator and/or Larimer County Sports, LLC dba Colorado Eagles. Violation of the foregoing will automatically terminate this license. The license granted by this ticket may also be terminated by tendering its purchase price to the holder. The holder grants permission to the Operator, Colorado Eagles, LLC and other performers and their agents to utilize the holder's image or likeness incidental to any live or recorded video or other display, transmission or reproduction in whole or in part of the event to which this ticket admits holder. The ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests and sweepstakes), or other trade purposes, without the express written consent of the Operator and/or Larimer County Sports, LLC dba Colorado Eagles. Management assumes no responsibility if this ticket is lost, stolen or destroyed. All events subject to date and time change without notice.  This section is an acknowledgement and express assumption of risk and release of liability in any way related to or arising from being exposed to or contracting COVID-19 (as defined by the World Health Organization) and any strains, variants, or mutations thereof, the coronavirus that causes COVID-19, and/or any other communicable and/ or infectious diseases, viruses, bacteria or illnesses or the causes thereof (collectively, Communicable Disease) in and around any part of Blue Arena or surrounding grounds or parking areas, to which ticket provides access. By entering the Center, the holder voluntarily assumes all risks related to exposure to viruses and illness, including COVID-19, and the Released Parties disclaim any and all liability related thereto. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR CANCELATIONS. THIS BARCODE WILL ONLY SCAN ONCE. DUPLICATE TICKETS OR BARCODES WILL BE REFUSED ENTRY. By using this ticket and entering the arena, the holder agrees to be bound by all of the terms of this license. Breach of any of the terms of this license, failure to comply with the Center’s rules, or the refunding to the holder of the printed purchase price on the face of this ticket shall automatically terminate any rights that the holder may have hereunder, shall render illegal and unauthorized the holder’s use of the ticket for any purpose, and shall authorize the Operator or the Colorado Eagles to withdraw the ticket at any time prior to the Event, refuse admission to the arena or eject the holder from the arena. Breach of any of the terms of this license shall also subject the holder to all legal remedies available to the Operator and the Colorado Eagles. The Operator reserves the right to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct the Operator deems disorderly, obnoxious or unbecoming.

What happens if I couldn’t make it because of the weather?

All Colorado Eagles games are 'Rain or Shine' events. Only extreme inclement weather may cause games to be canceled or postponed. Neither rain nor snow, are considered the inclement weather. Should a decision be made to cancel or postpone a game, this information will be posted as soon as it is determined via www.ColoradoEagles.com and numerous social media channels.

If I lose something where can I find it?

During a game, you may inquire about lost or found items at Guest Services, located on the concourse behind section P. Following a game, please call Blue Arena (970) 619-4100 during normal business hours. 

Can I leave and come back into the arena?

No. There is no re-admittance once you leave Blue Arena.

Can I bring my own food and/or drinks into the building?

No outside food or beverages are permitted into the Blue Arena.

Where can I purchase Colorado Eagles merchandise?

The Colorado Eagles Team Store at Centerra is open for business year round!

How do I get to Blue Arena?

 

  • From Denver - Take I-25 N toward Fort Collins, then take exit 259 for Crossroads Boulevard. Keep right at the fork, and follow signs for Crossroads Boulevard E/Events Complex, and merge onto Crossroads Boulevard. Turn left onto North Fairgrounds Avenue, then turn left onto Arena Circle.
  • From Fort Collins/Cheyenne - Take I-25 S toward Denver, then take exit 259 for Crossroads Boulevard. Keep right at the fork, and follow signs for Crossroads Boulevard E/Events Complex, and merge onto Crossroads Boulevard. Turn left onto North Fairgrounds Avenue, then turn left onto Arena Circle.
  • From Greeley - Take US 34 Business West/10th Street, and then keep left at the fork to merge onto Co Rd. 58/US-34 West. Take a slight right toward Centerra Parkway, then turn right onto Centerra Parkway. Continue onto North Fairgrounds Avenue, then turn left onto Arena Circle.
  • From downtown Loveland - Take US-34 East/East Eisenhower Boulevard, then turn left onto Centerra Parkway. Continue onto North Fairgrounds Avenue, then turn left onto Arena Circle.

On what radio station are the Colorado Eagles games broadcast?

All Colorado Eagles games are broadcast on "The Home of the Eagles" 99.9 The Point, both on the FM dial, as well as on the free 99.9 the Point free app.

Are there any ATM's in Blue Arena?

There is one ATM in Blue Arena located next to Guest Services behind Section P.

What are the dining options at Blue Arena?

  • Concessions - Spectra Food Services and Hospitality offer a wide variety of concession foods at various locations throughout the BEC and all food is prepared fresh. Stands and portables vary depending on the event. Please be sure to check out a Hungry Fan Map located at Guest Services to see what is open.
  • Blue Bar & Grill - Located on the 4th Floor Suite Level, Blue Bar & Grill is open 90 minutes prior to the start of each Colorado Eagles game. It is available to all guests reservations are required and can be made by calling (970) 619-4053.

Do the Colorado Eagles donate items to charity events and auctions?

The Colorado Eagles support many community programs, organizations, and events with donations and other special requests.  Due to the high volume of requests for appearances, an appearance request form must be filled out four (4) weeks prior to the event on the Donation Requests page.
