How to Renew Your Tickets

How can I renew my season tickets?

Check out these two easy ways to renew:

  1. Use the online platform on the AXS website at myaccount.coloradoeagles.com.
  2. Stop by the Guest Services Desk at any home game or the Colorado Eagles Corporate Office during regular business hours.
  • Please note:  A order charge will incur for all returned physical renewal forms. Avoid the charge by renewing online!

How can I view my online account?

There are two easy ways to view your account details:

How can I pay? 

Confirm your payment option online at myaccount.coloradoeagles.com or request a payment options form from the Colorado Eagles Ticket Office. This season you have three options:

  • Pay in full.
  • Sign up for a 10-month, no interest, payment plan.
  • Sign up for a custom payment plan with a ticket representative.

Relocation Request

As an Eagles season ticket holder, you have first priority to add/relocate your seats within Blue Arena. Schedule your relocation/seat add appointment by contacting your ticketing representative at 970-686-SHOT(7468).

Playoff Tickets

Playoff tickets are included in your package.  Your tickets will be delivered via AXS Mobile ID, round by round, once the format and schedule have been determined. You will receive tickets to every home playoff game and be invoiced 10 days after the season ends for all home games played. Pricing is equal to your season ticket price per game for the duration of playoffs.

To submit an online payment for playoffs, follow the steps below:

Step 1:  Log in to your Fan Account page using the same credentials as the AXS app.  Click on the "Orders" tab on the left side.

Step 2:  Click on the playoff invoice line item.

Step 3:  Click the "Make a Payment" box then enter your payment information or select which card you want to use on file.

*Please disregard the payment scheduled for Jan 1, 2099.  This is just a placeholder for your card on file.
