Eagles Recall Three from ECHL’s Utah Grizzlies

WINDSOR, CO. – The Colorado Eagles, proud AHL affiliate of the Colorado Avalanche, have announced that the team has recalled defenseman Kevin Davis, forward Tim McGauley and goaltender Joe Cannata from the ECHL’s Utah Grizzlies. Davis has notched one goal and six assists in 16 games with the Eagles this season. He has also generated one goal and 18 assists in 22 contests with Utah. Cannata has yet to appear in an AHL game this season with Colorado, but has gone 13-8-1 with Utah, posting a 2.63 GAA, a .908 save-percentage and four shutouts. McGauley is receiving his first AHL call-up of the season after generating 14 goals and 14 assists in 39 games with Utah.

 

The Eagles continue their season-long, six-game road trip against the Tucson Roadrunners at Tucson Convention Center Arena on Friday, February 1st at 7:05pm MT.
