Eagles to Look to Repeat Win Over Stars

Eagles to Look to Repeat Win Over Stars

Nov 3, 2021

The Colorado Eagles are facing off against the Texas Stars tonight in the second half of a back-to-back. Colorado came out on top in last night’s match-up after a back and forth game that saw them trailing until the third period.

It was a low-scoring game on Friday night. Neither team scored in the first period, and Texas notched just one goal in the second period, which would prove to be their only tally of the night. Colorado didn’t get on the board until the third period when Dylan Sikura snapped one home off of a drop pass from Rob Hamiton to tie the game at one.

Jean-Luc Foudy would be the one to finally break the tie, scoring a power-play goal 6:44 into the final frame after Nicholas Caamano took a four-minute double-minor high-sticking penalty for Texas.

Tonight’s game will see the Eagles looking to come out earlier and repeat their success over the Stars for the second night in a row.
