Avalanche Sets Taxi Squad

The Colorado Avalanche announced today that the club has reduced its active roster to 21 players.
The following players have been assigned to the team's taxi squad:

For this year only, NHL teams can have an extra six players with its team via the "taxi squad" that won't count against the salary cap while a member of said squad. For all intents and purposes, those players will be considered minor leaguers, but they will be able to practice with the NHL club and can be "called up" day-of to play in any game.
In addition, the following player has been reassigned:
